During the month of December our clients have been recieving letters from a company named "California Labor Compliance". BEWARE! The company might be scamming business owners out of $275.00. The company sends a Final Notice letter warning the employer that they are not in compliance with California and Federal poster compliance.
The letter looks like a professional legitimate notice and outlines a description of the required postings. The letter does not provide a phone number or website. The letter only provides an address to send payment.
